I'm in a very good mood today. Granted, it's Tuesday, which means staying late to put the paper together. And our editor is out of the office this week, which means more work for us.
I just can't be upset about it though. I woke up with plenty of energy. I'm still excited about the $50 fleece I bought for $23.98 from Eastern Mountain Sports and the almost $50 in Bath and Body Works stuff I bought for $21.45. How could I not be excited about all of that?!
My cat has also decided that my sleeping on the couch in the living room is an invitation to sit on my face. I was lying down last night, watching something stupid on television, and closed my eyes for a moment. I felt a nudge on my forehead. When I opened my eyes, HOLY CRAP CAT FACE! He was less than an inch away from me, nudging me with his face. D'awwwwww. So I started petting him.
Let me give you a piece of advice. If your cat ever seems to want lots of lovin', don't give him any. Because he will not leave you alone. I swear I pet Max for a good 20 minutes, and every time I stopped, he'd claw at my chest. Not painfully, just a little nudge to say, "Hey, keep petting me."
But he's cute, so I can't not pet him. :)
